01Remove the app
To stop our app from accessing your Facebook Pages or Instagram account straight away:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (on some accounts: Apps and websites).
- Find our app, select it and click Remove.
The tokens we hold stop working the moment you remove the app.
02Ask us to delete your data
Send an email to hello@notaperson.ai with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of your Facebook Page or Instagram account. We delete your data within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email when it is done.
03What we delete
- the access tokens for your user account, Pages and Instagram account;
- the Page and Instagram account IDs and names we stored;
- any posts still waiting in our publishing queue for your accounts.
Posts that were already published stay on Facebook or Instagram. You can delete them there yourself, or ask us to do it before you remove the app.
